We are looking for a researcher for our Research Hub with experience of both quantitative and qualitative research. The right person can help out with all kinds of research and analysis across the gaming studios we cater for and work closely together with the Senior User Researcher and the Senior Market Researcher for both qualitative and quantitative research projects.

Responsibilities

The Research Hub covers the research needs of three gaming studios so there are often many projects that they will be working on simultaneously.

We are looking for a research consultant in Stockholm that can complete our team of four and who is looking to stay longterm to become a part of the team.


Candidate requirements

The Research consultant will assist in both qualitative and quantitative projects that the team takes on, examples below;

They will be assigned one product that they will work with closely and keep the Research Hub updated on any needs they might have.

Prepare a 10 minute studio wide trend report every fourth Monday (taking turns with other marketing researchers in the Research Hub), and present it remotely to the Studios;

Based on stakeholders needs for the Studios, conduct desk research, create reports with the summarized findings and present them to the stakeholder group;

Gather insights on the different competitors for the four games we are covering by using tools such as Sensor T ower, and be prepared to update the stakeholders on any changes or updates that can be of value to the teams.

Assist with the quarterly delivery of the Brand Tracker (a survey sent out using the service Qualtrics to kids and parents in the US on our key brand and product performance). For Q4 the market research consultant will be responsible for one of the three markets we run the brand tracker in. This will be done with help from the other market researcher on the team but includes tasks specified below.

They should have experience of quantitative research including planning, designing, implementing and analysing data from quantitative surveys.

The researcher should have good presenting & communication skills and strength at translating insights gained from research to stories that are widely understandable to anyone.

Passionate (or at least curious) about working with kids!

Be willing to help out with user research interviews, home studies, remote studies, workshops.

Have previous experience working with qualitative research projects including doing interviews, usability testing and analyzing the collected data to create insights.

Experience from the gaming field is a plus
