SPORTSBOOK – HEAD OF DESIGN

As the Head of Design, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality UX/UI for our Sportsbook Product. You will lead and mentor the design team, guiding them in creating innovative and user-centric designs. Your contributions will play a critical role in the overall success of the SB Product, while also improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire SB Product Team.

As a Head of Design for the sportsbook product, you will work across multiple brands in markets across the world serving millions of customers. As part of a dynamic customer experience centred department the Design team play a crucial role in driving a customer-first approach.

Your main stakeholders will include the Head of Products, Product Managers, and Product Owners, with whom you will collaborate closely to drive UX/UI improvements. You will work alongside Tech Teams, including Engineering Managers and Developers, to ensure that design deliverables are well-suited for smooth and effective implementation. Additionally, you will engage with B2B Partners and Commercial Stakeholders, presenting and advocating for UX/UI enhancements to ensure alignment with business goals.
