Description & Requirements

Come and join our team to build the future of industry enterprise cloud applications.

We are looking for a talent to join our M3 Sales application team, as a senior application developer.

As an application developer, you will work with the product M3 Cloud Edition, our Java-based Cloud-Ready ERP product. Our industry leading M3 product provides broad business support, where sales is a key process for our customers. The sales application covers the complete process from sales to delivery and invoicing.

Based in our Linköping office, you will work in a talented team in a true international environment. The team holds a broad range of competences, from application experts to associate developers. Our development approach is team-centric, so you will adopt agile work methods with great focus on cooperation.

You will take technical and functional lead in development projects and together with your team take on the overall application responsibility for the product. You will work with both functional and technical requirements and solution analysis for new functionality as well as improvement of already existing business functionality. You will gain intuition about business practices across different industries and create technical solutions to address those realities.

In addition, tasks such as system design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve code will be part of your responsibility – taking ownership of the full life-cycle. You will gradually understand the architecture and gain intuition about scalability, performance, and resilience of a powerful large-scale and rich system.

We believe in learning by doing and therefore we will all together help you get up to speed. We are humble, yet result-oriented, team players and we hope you are too.

The strength and power of the company lies with our employees and therefore it is important for us to be able to offer a balance between work and leisure and at the same time be able to provide opportunities for personal development. We work in a hybrid model working from home and in the office.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Analysis, design, and implementation of new functionality
  • Implement architectural improvements, refactoring and modernize the existing application.
  • Problem solving, troubleshooting of incidents, and defect correction using Java.
  • Work with the entire system development life cycle, from the drawing board to an executable feature.
  • Continuous learning.
  • Develop test automation script using Java.
  • Assist and guide Infor colleges as an M3 application expert with deep technical knowledge in an area.
  • Share your ideas with fellow developers, discuss new requirements with product managers.

What You Will Need:

  • Several years of technical experience in product development.
  • Expert knowledge in software development methodologies.
  • A genuine interest in IT and software development.
  • A team player with ability to structure and work independently.
  • Ability to clearly communicate abstract concepts.
  • Academic degree within Engineering or System science.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

What Will Put You Ahead?

  • Good knowledge of companies ERP processes and integrations.
