The program coordinator is a key part of the program team, using their knowledge and talents to adapt existing program curricula whilst designing new programs in key markets. The Program coordinator will work closely with the Program Managers, on key tasks such as reviewing and doing quality check on content, supporting the translation of materials, and undertaking any other tasks that may be needed throughout the program lifecycle.

This role will be a full-time, 12-month fixed term position, based in Stockholm, Sweden or remote, in Europe or North America.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on relevant labour and human rights topics.
  • Coordinate training translations and testing, both internally and externally with service providers.
  • Work closely with different Quizrr teams (Program, Engineering, Commercial, Marketing etc.) to ensure the successful deployment of digital training programs to external partners.
  • Coordinate and support the development of new training materials (script writing, development of quiz questions)
  • Coordinate with external production companies for content creation (animations and live action film productions)
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and relevance in the data collected, considering the local contexts of training.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations to clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Input to methodologies to improve our processes, including staying updated with industry trends to ensure our assessment methods are fit for purpose.
  • Assist other team members when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience or a strong educational background in sustainability, CSR, or related fields, ideally with a focus on human and labor rights (required).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis (required).
  • Strong English writing skills for both technical reports and creative content such as scripts (required).
  • Experience managing fixed-term contracts with third-party service providers (desired).
  • Experience in designing program curricula and creating educational content (desired).
  • Experience in the edtech or e-learning space is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural teams.
  • Quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to speak/read/write in an additional language is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel.
