The role as Project Manager Market Communication
An experienced, enthusiastic, and communicative Project Manager is needed to join the Marcom Projects team, which includes a mix of creatives and project managers. As a cross-functional marketing project manager, the primary responsibility will be to plan and oversee the development and production of various marketing communication initiatives and campaigns to promote solutions, products, and services, as well as build the brand.
In this role, the Project Manager will handle projects from start to finish, ensuring that processes are followed, deadlines are met, and communication flows smoothly between teams and stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves close collaboration with the internal delivery team, including creatives, content providers, and specialists in digital functions. Additionally, maintaining a close dialogue with stakeholders from different functions is crucial. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Who is the future team?
The Marketing Communications team consists of production planners, project managers, art directors, graphic designers, copywriters, video producers, illustrators, motion designers, and technical graphic designers. Together, they create innovative concepts, storyboards, and ideas for campaigns, videos, themes, and toolkits. They produce a variety of media and formats, including videos, animations, banners, social media assets, collaterals, booth designs, photos, illustrations, installation guides, infographics, and more for different channels.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects, including production and time planning, team and stakeholder management, project budgets, project updates, and coordination with agencies and freelancers.
- Engage and support the creative team to leverage their expertise and specialist knowledge.
- Provide marketing insights to ensure communication is benefit-driven, customer-centric, and on-brand.
- Lead production from start to finish, coordinating with photo and video production teams (both internal and external) as well as digital teams.
Your background and your experience
- Relevant higher education in Marketing and/or communication or related areas.
- You need to be a successful marketing project manager with good knowledge of digital channels and digital advertising.
- A genuine team player with strong communication and project management skills
- Experience in media production
- Ability to manage many different stakeholders and parallel projects
- Good English and Swedish skills are essential.
Experience managing photo and video projects and knowledge of generative AI are advantages.

This is a long-term temporary assignment through Hammer & Hanborg.
It starts in January 2025 and lasts approximately 12 months.
