About the role ‍‍

Moralis is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who combines a solid grasp of data analysis with exceptional copywriting and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the crypto market, actively trade, and understand the importance of creating impactful content that resonates with our audience. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative execution, and market savvy.

Growth Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and overall growth.

Content Creation: Craft clear, compelling, and engaging copy that communicates our value proposition across various channels, including social media, emails, and our website.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market data, campaign performance, and customer behavior to optimize marketing efforts and drive better outcomes.

Market Engagement: Stay actively involved in the crypto market, trading or closely following trends, to ensure our strategies are aligned with the latest developments.

Community Building: Engage with our community on platforms like Discord, building trust and fostering loyalty through insightful and value-driven content.

About you and Key Qualifications ‍️‍️

Crypto Experience: Previous experience in the crypto industry is essential. You should be active in the markets, with a strong understanding of trading and the latest trends.

Copywriting Skills: Proven ability to create engaging, persuasive content that connects with the target audience and drives action. Data Literacy: Comfortable analyzing data to inform and refine marketing strategies, ensuring they are effective and impactful. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships with our community. Market Savvy: You are actively involved in the crypto market, trading or keeping up with trends, and can leverage this knowledge to drive marketing success. Provable Market Performance: You have a proven track record of successful market calls and performance, demonstrating your expertise and reliability in the market. AI Proficiency: You are adept at using AI tools to enhance your productivity, streamline marketing efforts, and optimize campaign outcomes.
