The Role
As our next Trainee, you will join a passionate, dynamic, and internationally experienced team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, proactively responding to client queries and developing and executing marketing activities. If you advance to the role of Program Coordinator, you’ll take on a more senior role within the team, expanding your responsibilities to include building the company brand, presenting EF programs at external venues and open houses, and advising customers on EF programs. As a Trainee, you will be a key part of the team, contributing to the growth and development of an international business. You will be challenged to demonstrate creativity, exceptional drive, entrepreneurial spirit, and high ambition.
The Program
During the 6-month program, EF will provide exceptional product and industry solution training through a combination of classroom and online resources, hands-on field experiences, client outreach, and structured support. We will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to make an immediate impact and achieve personal growth as a leader.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of different trainings to develop as a Program Coordinator. EF expects you to be prepared within 2-4 years to lead your own product team and/or take on an international role within any of EF’s divisions.
Requirements (All Candidates)
- Experience of studying, working, or living abroad
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Academic degree in business, economics, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit combined with competitiveness and results orientation
- Strong drive and readiness to work under high pressure in a fast-changing environment
- Leadership abilities
- Willingness to invest time and effort for the prospect of an international career
Great to Have, But Not a Must
- Fluency or knowledge in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or others
- Experience in client outreach, customer engagement, or a strong interest in learning proactive and direct client interactions
- Experience in telemarketing or customer outreach roles
