Agile Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Agile Engineer to join our team. As an Agile Engineer you’ll play a pivotal role in the Nordics IT team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams close to business and customers, ensuring successful project delivery and driving excellence in software development as well as other projects within the IT team.

Day to day:
Project Management:
- Lead Agile project deliveries, adhering to solution plans, scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in various parts of the organization to define project goals and deliverables.
- Responsible for taking the lead within the team on internal IT projects and processes
- Mentor junior members
Business Analysis:
- Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze user needs, workflows, and processes.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions.
Test Leadership:
- Design and execute test strategies for software products.
- Coordinate testing efforts across development teams and business users.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables.

Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in project management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in business analysis and test management.
