About your job
Sandvik Machining Solutions consists of several divisions and brands. In this position, you’re responsible for developing, optimizing and safeguarding our overall brand portfolio strategy in close collaboration with the divisions. You secure and refine brand strategies together with key stakeholders and engage with various divisions on specific brand-related topics across different markets. Operating at both strategic and operational levels, you develop, implement and oversee the execution of the brand strategies and create brand governance documentation. You develop and ensure on-brand graphical development of certain strategic content, maintaining consistency and alignment with our brand guidelines. By utilizing and sharing your design skills and techniques, you act as a driver of innovation and best practices in brand design.
The location of this position is flexible within Europe and some travel is a natural part of the job. As our headquarter is located in Sweden, frequent travel to Stockholm and Sandviken is necessary. We apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office work with remote work.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in marketing or communications, combined with extensive experience in brand management and graphical design. Your expertise in marketing communications enables you to develop, produce and distribute material to different stakeholders. You’re able to communicate complex messages in a clear and easily comprehendible way. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint etc.) and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign etc.) is essential. Working in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
With a collaborative working style and a drive to always learn new things, you see the bigger picture, set ambitious objectives and thoroughly drive the needed activities to reach our goals. Your business-oriented and strategic mindset naturally aligns with your operational work. With your excellent communication skills and curiosity for other perspectives, you cooperate and establish networks internally and externally on an international scale. You’re self-motivated, outgoing and your creativity and strong design skills set you apart in driving innovative solutions.
