The position
Cambio is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization’s technology systems. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of IT operations, from managing infrastructure to overseeing system maintenance for both our internal systems and the solutions we deliver to our customers. The key responsibilities include shaping and developing processes and methodologies for IT operations and maintenance. You will oversee strategic planning, procurement, implementation, security, protocols, and management of IT solutions. Additionally, you will manage a hybrid infrastructure solution that encompasses on-premises, cloud, and managed services. Leading a team of approximately 15 full-time employees and 10 consultants across our offices in Stockholm, Linköping, and Colombo (Sri Lanka) will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be a member of the IT management team, working alongside four other managers.
