We are seeking an experienced Agile Engineer to join our team. As an Agile Engineer you’ll play a pivotal role in the Nordics IT team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams close to business and customers, ensuring successful project delivery and driving excellence in software development as well as other projects within the IT team.

Day to day:

Project Management:

• Lead Agile project deliveries, adhering to solution plans, scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in various parts of the organization to define project goals and deliverables.
• Responsible for taking the lead within the team on internal IT projects and processes
• Mentor junior members

Business Analysis:

• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze user needs, workflows, and processes.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions.

Test Leadership:

• Design and execute test strategies for software products.
• Coordinate testing efforts across development teams and business users.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables.

Essentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in project management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in business analysis and test management.
